Video: The Industry’s Quest for Net-Zero by 2050.

14 December 2020

The United Nations, United Kingdom and France co-hosted the Climate Ambition Summit 2020, in partnership with Chile and Italy on 12 December 2020.

The aim was for this event to constitute a “monumental step on the road to the UK-hosted COP26 next November in Glasgow.”

More than 70 world leaders, including the prime ministers of Sweden and India, signalled their willingness to raise climate ambition.

The summit also provided a platform for businesses, cities and other non-state actors. LeadIT used the opportunity to showcase how LeadIT members are already working to make the industry transition reality.
